Haydale Graphene Industries PLC - Carmarthenshire, Wales-based developer of materials using graphene and other nanomaterials - Says the court in the US state of Georgia has approved a motion setting out the process and timetable for the public auction of its US business Haydale Ceramic Technologies LLC. This follows its announcement in February that it was placing the wholly owned subsidiary into a corporate insolvency process. Invites initial bids and deposits up to April 7, with the auction expected to be held on April 15. A final sales hearing is expected the following day.
Current stock price: 0.11 pence, down 0.4% on Friday afternoon in London.
12-month change: down 75%.
