Harworth Group PLC - Rotherham-based property developer - Acquires Thorns Road Industrial Estate in Dudley, West Midlands for GBP10.1 million. The 20.5 acre site comprises three fully-let industrial units totalling 360,000 square feet, generating a passing rent of GBP1.1 million per annum. Xander Automotive enters 15-year lease for 240,000 square feet of factory space, while Sunrise Medical holds 110,000 square feet on lease expiring in July 2022.
