Hargreaves Services PLC - Durham, England-based services to industrial and property sectors - Expects to invest GBP7 million in the Westfield Energy from Waste plant in Fife, Scotland over the next 12 months for delivering services to the eight acre plot for Brockwell.
As a result, a further 40 acres of employment land will be serviced.
