Hammerson PLC - London-based real estate investment trust focused on city-centre shopping centres - Appoints Michelle McGrath as a non-executive director, with effect from March 9. McGrath is the former executive director at Shaftesbury Capital PLC. Before Shaftesbury PLC merged with Capital & Counties Properties PLC in March 2023, she was a director of Capital & Counties. "Michelle's appointment further strengthens the board's experience across property and capital markets," Hammerson says.
