IN BRIEF: Haleon buys GBP230 million in shares from Pfizer

Haleon PLC - Weybridge, Surrey-based consumer healthcare firm spun-out of GSK PLC in 2022 - Announces it has completed an off-market purchase of 60.5 million shares from Pfizer Inc, for an aggregate purchasing price of GBP230 million. It has cancelled 30.2 million shares and 30.4 million will be held as treasury shares. The total number of issued shares by Haleon now stands at 9.08 billion, with voting rights attributed to 9.05 billion.

Current stock price: 388.10 pence, closed 0.7% lower in London on Thursday afternoon

12-month change: up 14%
