Guild Esports PLC - London-based e-sports team organisation and lifestyle brand - Executive Chair Carleton Curtis leaves the company, following a "personal decision" to step down as executive chair and "discussions with the board". Non-Executive Director Derek Lew steps up to non-executive chair, while Non-Executive Director Chris Sullivan becomes senior independent director. Kal Hourd remains chief executive. "The board has moved quickly to establish a non-executive role for the new chairman and will continue to have full oversight of the management team and the company's strategy," Lew says.

Current stock price: 7.32 pence, down 9.2% on Wednesday

Year-to-date change: up 31%
