IN BRIEF: GSK Consumer Healthcare prices medium-term debt notes

GlaxoSmithKline PLC - Brentford, England-based pharmaceutical firm - GSK Consumer Healthcare Capital entities price a series of fixed-rate senior loan notes as part of their GBP10.00 billion medium term note programme. The UK entity prices GBP300.0 million in notes due 2028 at 2.875% and GBP400.0 million in notes due 2038 at 3.375%. The Dutch entity prices EUR850.0 million in notes due 2026 at 1.250%, EUR750.0 million in notes due 2030 at 1.750%, and EUR750.0 million in notes due 2034 at 2.125%. The US and UK entities price a total of USD8.75 billion in notes due 2024 to 2052 at 3.024% to 4.000%.

All the notes are guaranteed by parent company GlaxoSmithKline PLC. GSK Consumer Healthcare is due to be spun off and listed under the name Haleon in July.
