Gresham Technologies PLC - London-based software and services for data integrity and financial management - Takeover by STG Partners LLC takes effect and shares in Gresham Technologies suspended on Tuesday, before cancellation in London on Wednesday. It agreed to the roughly GBP150 million, 163 pence per share, takeover offer in April.
