Good Energy Group PLC - Chippenham-headquartered renewable electricity supplier and energy services provider - Announces agreement with ENSEK Ltd to provide a new software platform for Good Energy's Business customers. Initial contract is for three years with fill implementation to complete in the first quarter of 2021. Batches of accounts will move to the new ENSEK platform over the next four months.
Good Energy notes: "The platform will support Good Energy's growth plans and to scale its Business operations in a cost-effective manner, with efficiency savings expected from lower costs to acquire, improved digital journeys and enhanced self-serve capability. The platform will increase Good Energy's ability to work with brokers. The platform will replace the existing business billing system."
