Goldstone Resources Ltd - Africa-focused gold resource developer- Reinstated to the Jersey Register of Companies. Royal Court of Jersey has declared the dissolution of the company to be void. Shares on AIM market to recommence trading immediately. Investigated the dissolution and concluded that the relevant filings were not made to the Jersey Registrar of Companies and the associated fees were not paid as a result of an administrative error. Appoints Financial Consultants (Jersey) Ltd as company secretary.
