GlobalData PLC - London-based analytics and consultancy firm - Revises terms of GBP10 million share buyback programme as announced on July 31. Due to limited liquidity, repurchases on any day can now exceed 25% of the average daily volume in the preceding 20 trading days, but must remain below 50%.
