Global Smaller Cos Trust PLC - London-based investment trust focused on smaller companies - Enters into a one-year unsecured multicurrency revolving loan facility of up to GBP35 million with Royal Bank of Scotland International Ltd's London branch. The new deal replaces an existing GBP35 million facility with the same bank, which was due to mature on September 13. Proceeds will be used to pursue the company's investment objectives and for general working capital.
