GCM Resources PLC - mining and energy company - Completes the extension of the joint venture agreements with Power Construction Corp of China. The joint venture agreements have all been extended to mid-March 2022. "I am pleased that PowerChina and GCM have confirmed the agreement to extend the joint venture agreements and would like to express my sincere thanks to the PowerChina team for the enthusiasm shown in our partnership to date," says GCM Chief Executive Datuk Tang.
