GB Group PLC - identity management firm based in Chester, England - Sells its Marketing Services division to HH Global Group Ltd subsidiary HH Global Interactive Ltd. Says the sale supports its focus on its core global capabilities in Location Intelligence, Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention, adding revenue from Marketing Services have declined and only accounted for 2% of revenue in 2020.
GB Group did not disclose any financial details.
