Gateley Holdings PLC - Birmingham-based legal and professional services group - Certain directors and shareholders have sold 5.2 million shares at a price of 220 pence per share via an accelerated bookbuild, totalling GBP11.4 million.
"I am delighted that we have placed 5,200,000 shares with both existing and new shareholders, increasing the free float of the company and once again broadening our investor base welcoming new shareholders to the register. The placing is consistent with the board's commitment to allow and incentivise our directors and employees to realise part of the value they have helped to create in an orderly fashion," said Chief Executive Officer Rod Waldie.
