Gamma Communications PLC - London-based cloud communication services provider - Commences process for the succession of Chair Richard Last, who has served in this role prior to the company's initial public offering in 2014 and is approaching nine years of service. Engages a search agency to look for a successor. Process is being led by Senior Independent Director Henrietta Marsh. It is intended Last will step down at the later of the annual general meeting on May 17 or the date of the new chair's appointment. Gamma Communications will make a further announcement in due course.
