Galliford Try Holdings PLC - Uxbridge, England-base construction company - Declares 12 pence per share special dividend for the financial year ending on June 30, as it is set to receive a GBP26 million cash payment as settlement of a long-standing contract dispute. Galliford says the dispute concerns three contracts with entities owned by "a major infrastructure fund".
