Galileo Resources PLC - miner with projects in Botswana, Zambia and South Africa - Agrees with Sandfire Resources Ltd to amend deal where Galileo will sell its Kalahari Copper Belt licences to Sandfire Resources.
Key terms that have been changed includes the long stop date being changed to August 31 from July 31, and Sandfire will reimburse Galileo USD500,000 of exploration expenses incurred in relation to licence obligations.
As a result, Sandfire's USD4.0 million exploration commitment under the licence sale agreement will be reduced as a result of the reimbursement.
