Gabelli Value Plus+ Trust PLC - investment firm - Plans to convene general meeting in July 21 to consider a continuation resolution as well as a special resolution to place the company in members' voluntary liquidation.
Largest shareholder Associated Capital Group Inc will abstain from voting. Will publish further details on the proposed continuation vote and liquidation in a circular in June.
