Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust PLC - London-based dedicated merger fund which invests globally, but has emphasis on US-traded securities - Says a total of 331,457 qualifying shares were validly tendered under tranche two of its tender offer.
The shares will be repurchased at 973.89 US cents each, representing a discount of 0.3% to the net asset value per share on February 10.
Cash proceeds payable to shareholders who tendered are expected to be dispatched by February 15.
