Funding Circle Holdings PLC - London-based small and medium enterprise loans platform - Co-Founder Samir Desai sells 4.0 million shares at GBP1.25, worth GBP5.0 million, on Friday. Earlier last week, Funding Circle said Desai plans to step down as a non-executive director on October 25.
Current stock price: 134.02 pence, up 2.7% in London on Monday
