FRP Advisory Group PLC - London-based corporate finance, restructuring and debt adviser - Proposes placing of at least 27.8 million shares at a price of 140 pence per share, totalling GBP39.0 million, for which Cenkos Securities will act as sole bookrunner.
Proceeds will go towards strengthening the company's balance sheet and provide additional capital for future acquisitions.
