Foxtons Group PLC - London-based estate agency - Announces GBP3 million share buyback, funded from the company's accumulated cash resources. Company appoints Numis Securities Ltd as its broker to manage the programme. "We have a good pipeline of further lettings portfolio acquisitions in the wider London area and expect to invest GBP8 million in such acquisitions during 2022 to generate attractive returns for investors," Foxtons says.
