Fintel PLC - Huddersfield, England-based technology and support provider for the retail financial services sector - Invests into financial technology company Plannr Technologies Ltd. Says it will take an initial 25% equity stake in the business, as well as provide financial support through a short term loan. Says investment is through Fintel Labs venture. Says Fintel's financial information, ratings and Defaqto business will integrate Plannr's customer relationship management system. Says integration will "allow advisers to store customer data, create workflows, conduct financial planning, cash flow analysis, create suitability reports and publish to a dedicated customer portal."
