Fevertree Drinks PLC - London-based maker of carbonated mixers - Completes the issuance of shares to Molson Coors Beverage Co, under the terms of their new partnership for the exclusive distribution and production of the Fevertree brand in the US. Molson Coors was due to acquire an 8.5% stake in Fevertree as part of the deal, for GBP71.0 million or 654.2 pence per share. Fevertree issued 10.9 million shares to Molson Coors on Thursday last week at the stated issue price, which were admitted to trading on AIM on Wednesday morning.
Current stock price: 726.67p, down 1.7% in London on Wednesday morning
