Facilities by ADF PLC - Bridgend, Wales-based provider of production facilities for UK film and television - For the six months ended June 30, 2023, expects to report unaudited revenue of GBP21.8 million and unaudited adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of GBP5.8 million.
Says that, notwithstanding the effects on productions caused by the US writers and actors strikes, revenue from the group's unaffected UK productions and pipeline are expected to generate revenues for the full year ending December 31 of between GBP35 million and GBP40 million. This is assuming there is no resolution to the strikes in the current financial year.
Looking ahead, the board is confident that there will be significant levels of pent-up demand for film and high-end television productions as the industrial action normalises.
