Experian PLC - Dublin-based provider of consumer credit score checking, fraud detection and credit application processing - Subsidiary Experian Finance PLC prices USD500 million bond issue, offering 5.250% notes due August 17, 2035. The notes, guaranteed by Experian PLC, aim to extend the group's debt maturity and diversify funding. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions and debt repayment. The issue is expected to close on Tuesday next week and will be listed on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.
