Experian PLC - Dublin-based consumer credit checking - Chair Mike Rogers will leave the board at Experian's annual general meeting on July 22, having completed nine years as a director and seven years as chair. The search for a new chair will be led by Senior Independent Director Alison Brittain, who was chief executive officer of Premier Inns-owner Whitbread PLC until early 2023.
Current stock price: 3,378.00 pence, down 1.9% in London on Thursday morning.
