South32 Ltd - Perth-based diversified mining group - Appoints Sharon Warburton as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Says it chooses Warburton following a search to identify a director with "strong skills and leadership" experience in commercial, accounting and finance, risk management and governance. She is a non-executive director with Northern Star Resources Ltd, Wesfarmers Ltd and Worley Ltd and serves on a number of unlisted boards.
