Ethernity Networks Ltd - network processing technology supplier - Enters into share subscription deed with US investor 5G Innovation Leaders Fund LLC in relation to issue of new ordinary shares, to raise up to GBP3.2 million. Proceeds from investment will be used for general corporate and working capital purposes.
