Ethernity Networks Ltd - Israel-based networking and security solutions provider - Hires Yosi Albagli as non-executive chair, starting Wednesday. Albagli has 30 years of communications industry experience, including in 2013 co-founding Over-Sat Ltd, which provides communications solutions for the maritime, airborne, and government markets. Ethernity calls an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for April 15 to approve the share component of Albagli's compensation.
Current stock price: 33.30 pence, up 2.5% on Wednesday
Year-to-date change: down 7.5%
