Essentra PLC - Oxford, England-based manufacturer and distributor of plastic injection moulded, vinyl dip moulded and metal components - Confirms that former Chief Financial Officer Jack Clarke stepped down from the board on December 31. Clarke was succeeded in the CFO role by Rowan Baker in November, who was formerly CFO of Laing O'Rourke PLC and McCarthy Stone PLC.
