essensys PLC - London-based software and cloud services for flexible workspace industry - Hires Sarah Harvey as chief financial officer, joining by the end of essensys's financial year on July 31. Harvey moves from television, mobile and broadband provider Virgin Media 02, where she is finance director for operations. Harvey previously was part of Telefonica UK, which now is Virgin Media 02, and was CFO for mobile service provider giffgaff. Once Harvey joins essensys, CFO & Chief Operating Officer Alan Pepper will move to be just COO. "This extension of the senior management team reflects the significant expansion of essensys in recent years, and follows the conclusion of the group's successful GBP33 million fundraise in July 2021," company says.
