EnSilica PLC - Oxford, England-based chip maker of mixed signal application specific integrated circuits - Says Senior Independent Director Janet Collyer has resigned from the board "for personal reasons", to be replaced by Wasim Ahmed. Collyer had been a member of the board since before the group's initial public offering in May 2022.
The firm also says that Stephen Brindle has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director. Brindle is also currently a director of Engitix Ltd and First Light Fusion Ltd.
Current stock price: 43.33 pence, down 2.6% in London on Tuesday afternoon
