Emmerson PLC - Moroccan-focused potash development company - Expects to receive mining license and environmental permit for its Khemisset potash project in Morocco in the first half of 2021. also expects construction on its Khemisset project to start by the end of the fourth quarter of its 2021 financial year. Notes several workstreams are underway, including operational capability build-out, additional technical work and project de-risking, front end engineering and design and financing, which Emmerson is confident to have in place by the third quarter of its 2021 financial year.
