EJF Investments Ltd - Jersey-incorporated closed-ended investor in assets benefiting from regulatory and structural change in the financial services sector - Chair Joanna Dentskevich conditionally agrees to buy 28,348 shares at 115 pence, worth GBP32,600. Purchase agreement was signed on December 17 but remains subject to approval as part of company's anti-money laundering process for off-market transfers. Will be interested in 77,896 shares after completion.
