Edenville Energy Plc - London-based holding company developing Rukwa coal project in south west Tanzania - Edenville Energy subsidiary Edenville International (Tanzania) Ltd enters into a USD1 million loan agreement with partner Infrastructure & Logistics Tanzania Ltd. The loan will carry an interest rate of 9% per annum. This follows from the recent coal mining agreement with a four-year term. Edenville Energy expects a sales and marketing agreement to be signed soon, representing the last of three proposed agreements with ILTL.
