Eden Research PLC - Oxfordshire, England-based company focused on sustainable biopesticides and plastic-free formulation technology - Says that 129.2 million ordinary shares will be issued via a conditional placing, raising GBP8.4 million before expenses. This includes subscriptions for 7.7 million ordinary shares, more than the minimum announced at the time of the initial announcement, raising a further GBP500,000. Subsequently, a total of GBP9.9 million has been raised pursuant to the firm capital raising, the retail offer and the conditional placing. The conditional placing shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on Friday.
