Ecora Royalties PLC - critical minerals-focused royalty company, formerly known as Ecora Resources PLC - Changes its name to Ecora Royalties PLC, stating this better reflects its core business as a leading critical minerals focused royalties company. Notes its TIDM code will remain as ECOR both on the London and Toronto Stock Exchanges, and ECRAF on the OTCQX Best Market. Adds its shares will trade under the new name on Thursday morning in London and Toronto.
