Eckoh PLC - London-based secure payment products provider - Says it further strengthened its international patent portfolio with two further patents, which now stands at 17. Says the new patents to be granted are for Reverse Contact Centre Authentication. Eckoh explains that this improves security and convenience for end customers when receiving an unsolicited call from an organisation, helping to prevent them becoming a victim of fraud.
