Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC - UK mid-market private equity house - Proposes to return GBP41 million to shareholders through buyback scheme having realised investments in Incremental Group and Red Commerce Ltd. Price of tender offer to be announced November 1 alongside September 30 NAV per share. Price will be 1% discount to NAV per share as at September 30. The maximum number of purchased will be calculated by dividing GBP41 million by the tender price. Also announces interim dividend of 34 pence per share.
Current stock price: 545.00 pence, up 7.4% in London on Friday
