Duke Royalty Ltd - London-based royalty finance provider - Makes GBP2.3 million investment into existing royalty partner Welltel (Ireland) Ltd, a Dublin-headquartered telecoms, information technology and network specialist. Additional funds will enable Welltel to complete a further acquisition. Financing is expected to be accretive to Duke Royalty's earnings and in line with the company's standard terms.
