Draper Esprit VCT PLC - investor in digital technology firms - Share subscription offer announced in prospectus on February 16 raises more than GBP4 million. The offer is equivalent to around 45 million new shares, assuming it is fully subscribed and the over-allotment facility fully utilised. Draper Esprit has extended the capacity of the facility to GBP20 million from GBP5 million. Says the offer will close on April 1 in respect of the 2020 to 2021 tax year and July 31 in respect of the 2021 to 2022 tax year.
