DP Poland PLC - franchise in Poland for Domino's Pizza - Raises GBP3 million through placing of 34.3 million shares and subscription of 3.2 million shares at a price of 8.0 pence per share.
Proceeds from the fundraise will go towards covering the costs from the integration with Dominium and bolster DP Poland's working capital position.
Issue price reflects 14% premium to Monday's closing price of 7 pence. Singer Capital Markets acted as broker and bookrunner.
DP Poland now has 619.6 million shares issued overall.
Current stock price: 8.05 pence, up 3.9% on Wednesday
Year-to-date change: down 12%
