Dolphin Capital Investors Ltd - investor in high-end resort developments in the eastern Mediterranean - Calls extraordinary general meeting for December 22 in Douglas, Isle of Man to approve continuation of the company and a new investing policy. The board and investment manager will aim to realise all of Dolphin Capital's remaining investments by the end of 2024. It will use proceeds from the sale of investments to repay a EUR15.0 million senior secured loan, which has EUR12.8 million outstanding. All remaining funds will be distributed to shareholders.
