IN BRIEF: Dolphin Capital hires Albion AM co-founder as chair resigns

Dolphin Capital Investors Ltd - London-based investor in high-end resort developments in the eastern Mediterranean - Martin Adams, who has been board chair since June 30, 2021, has resigned as a director with immediate effect. Sean Hurst has been has as a director, also with immediate effect, and has been elected by the board as the company's new chair.

Hurst has 32 years experience in the financial services industry, Dolphin Capital says, including 29 years involved in listed closed-end investment companies, and 15 years as an investment manager focused on absolute return, relative value mandates investing in closed end funds. He was a co-founder and director of Albion Asset Management, a French-regulated asset management company, from 2005 to 2009.

Current stock price: 3.81 pence each, 0.8% lower in London on Monday morning

12 month change: down 3.5%
