Diversified Energy Co PLC - oil and gas production company - Declares 4.275 US cents third quarter dividend, unchanged from a year ago. Says adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation in the three months to September 30 was USD140 million. Adds that adjusted Ebitda margin was of around 52%. Says average net daily production in the quarter was 134.0 thousand barrels of oil equivalents per day, while the September exit rate was 134.4 Mboepd.
Chief Executive Officer Rusty Hutson says: "We have once again delivered consistent and reliable results during the third quarter despite continued commodity price headwinds... The management team and board remain focused on executing value-enhancing initiatives to drive additional returns for our shareholders."
