Dignity PLC - Sutton Coldfield, England-based funeral services provider - Appoints Gillian Kent to the board as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect. Kent has had a broad executive career including being chief executive of real estate portal, Propertyfinder, until its acquisition by Zoopla, and 15 years with Microsoft Inc including three years as Managing Director of MSN UK. She holds non-executive director roles at Mothercare PLC, SIG PLC, NAHL Group PLC and Ascential PLC.
