Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC - digital infrastructure assets investor - Upsizes fundraise to GBP175 million from GBP100 million amid strong demand. Issues 160.1 million shares in placing and 6.6 million in retail offer, all at 105 pence each, securing GBP175 million. Funds to be used to "acquire further assets in line with the company's investment objective," Digital 9 adds.
Current stock price: 108.35 pence
Year-to-date change: up 8.4% from 100p initial public offering price.
