Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC - London-based digital infrastructure investor - Says UK Financial Conduct Authority confirms company is eligible for Premium Listing Segment of Main Market. "The board believes that the company will benefit over time from the Migration with an increase of its profile as an investment company, diversification of the company's share register with access to blue chip UK and international investors, as well as from potential FTSE index inclusion," Digital 9 says. Expects premium listing admission to occur next week Tuesday.
